Boulder City is only a 20-30 minute drive from the center of Las Vegas. So in theory, most LV providers should be willing to see you there. However, because of that town's history - it was established as a "Federal Reservation" for the workers building Hoover (then Boulder) Dam, where booze and gambling were strictly prohibited - and the fact that it remains to this day a very conservative place (still no gambling allowed within its borders), you may have trouble finding a lady to see you out there. Especially if you can't provide her with very easily verifiable and reliable references. There aren't too many places to stay in BC (and no "high-end" hotels to my knowledge), and with the abundance of similarly-priced lodgings just over the hill in Henderson (and beyond in Las Vegas itself), many providers may be very reluctant to see anyone out in Boulder City.
