Ummm if you just want a room-mate why a lady in this business?

Is it that you are hoping to take the rent out in trade?  If so...why would that be a good deal for a lady.  The prices for a rental home in Summerlin is between $1500 / month to $3200 /month...with the majority being near the lower end of that range.

So what would the cash value of a room (maybe even two if it's say a four bedroom or larger house) and shared common space with a room-mate? Maybe you could get $600 - $1000 depending on the house (if it's a really good house might get $1200 - $1500 / month) so for a lady with average rates, the "trade" if that's what you are going for would be between 90 minutes ($600 / month rent) and 4 -5 hours ($1500 / month rent)...and as we covered she could rent her own house in Summerlin for around $1500 / month...so chances are you wouldn't be getting that much...so think closer to the $600 - $1000 range  so 1 to 3 hours for many of the local ladies by their rates.

Now why a lady would want to trade you a few hours in exchange for a room (maybe two) and having someone else always around, with access, to some extent, to her personal business is beyond me.

Now maybe if you were giving her free rent and tidy amount of money for an exclusive or semi-exclusive arrangement then maybe...it could be worth her time...but still having you around even in an exclusive arrangement could be a deal breaker...

As for traveling ladies, most work here tends to take place outcall to hotels, and if she wanted to, very nice homes can be rented in town for about the same, or less, than the rent for a home in Summerlin for a month....and there wouldn't be a room-mate to have to worry about.  

Also if this is for traveling ladies what would the rent be worth for a matter of days out of a month?  Less than an hours worth of trade I would think...So you would be best off just getting cash for rent, and if that's what you would get...why a lady in this business?

So, I have to ask....is this just freakishly wishful thinking on your part?  That you get a lady at your home for free while she is in town with you getting free-time of fun?

and...why exactly would a lady want to work out of someone else's home as opposed to a hotel...and why would you want her to?  Do you really want clients you don't know coming to the home you are still in once the lady leaves?
