I think it's in vegas....

I've seen some photos.. not sure where, of a bar in vegas that has a big blue vertical neon sign.  Something to do with "lubri...."?  can anyone help me with what this is???

Don't know where I saw it, or why I am interested... so any info would be greatly appreciated..
