I’ve never had gummies and I’m wondering what are the best type of gummies to help me fall asleep and without any hangover effect or drowsiness the next morning?  Thanks.  

I always get so amped up in Vegas it’s usually hard for me to fall asleep and OTC sleep aids do absolutely nothing for me.
