I haven’t been for a few years because they raised prices through the roof but Spearmint Rhino was my favorite. Treasures and Sapphires were always great too.
after spending well over 6 figures in vegas clubs i can testify. of course the first thing is , what defines best .. if by best you mean which club has easiest girls to meet later in your room .. Hustler & Crazy Horse III ... if you mean by club atmosphere ... Sapphires & Treasures ... and if you mean by most hot girls per guy ratio then Spearmint Rhino ...
i would avoid Palomino its kinda trashy and is TERRIBLE area .. your Uber might get held up !
I hate Spearmint Rhino , the hot girls won't talk to you if you're not doing the VIP thing. But something interesting is that i usually get propositioned more at Treasures. If you want to see crazy ass Latinas, then hit up Chicas. Its hit or miss but if you hit......you'll have a great time. Its small and outta the way but its a interesting place.

hippo is up the strip in the old Olympic Gardens location .. not downtown but getting close ... not a fan, its dark and low ceiling and tables packed near each other ... the top hosts have already left and taken the top girls with them to Sapphires.
so the class acts of Vegas Sapphires / Rhino / Treasures / LVSC / and if you hit on good night include Crazy Horse III / and well guess have to also include Hustler , although myself not a fan of the vibe there but imagine many will like there are many smaller less upscale clubs .. if you are seeking a girl to leave the club might have more luck in those places. Palomino is unique in all nude and alcohol .. BUT terrible area .. you better jump from front door right into UBER and tell them to speed off! i would never drive and park my car there.
its very seldom that easy that you can just ask .. you have to build a rapport .. and you have to let it develop at her pace .. yes some are pretty easy and straightforward .. but the hotter the girl 1) she makes enough in the club 2) you couldnt pay her enough to leave the club 3) she is going to want a lot more than a TER sure thing.
