When an entertainer puts on the Avail Now on eros, she is usually ready to rock with an hours notice.  
There is no Domino's 30 minute guarantee except with an agency, and then you never know who they are going to send.
Most important is to play safe and have quality experience!
For me, that takes a bit of planning.

Hopefully my answer won't get misunderstood as has happened in the past  

I totally understand having a last minute need ( of desire ) to book a provider .  
needing a provider NOW , and not be able to plan ahead.

CL , PB ..... not really a good place . Yes better to stay safe and horny ..... then sorry !!  

The problem with the last minute , I am horny now !!! is that most ladies have lives and they are not sitting by the phone ,waiting , hoping .....who will call me NOW !!!  
Also there is the issue of being screened .

Although I personally can screen someone within 30 minutes or less .  
Many ladies need more time , especially if they need to get a hold of references.

Getting pre-screened may help a bit with that .  
Although some ladies may not be into - "pre screening for a maybe"  
I have no problem with that .

Please also don't think that having reviews puts you in the automatic road of - he is screened .
Not saying that is how you think , but some gents do . SO I am just saying .

There are many reasons why "last minute" can be difficult .  
Like if a lady has a child ( or children)  and needs a babysitter ..... where will she find one at 11:00 pm ......or getting a sitter last minute no matter the time of the day , can be difficult,
( So I have been told )
 
Getting ready takes more then just half an hour .  
After all you  ( not literally YOU OP ) want the lady to look her best .
You want the lady to be fresh and full of energy , right ? ....... well unfortunately that takes a bit more planning.

Like if someone plans in advance wanting to see me lets say at 11:00 pm , then I know to plan other things in my life according to that late night .

As it is impossible for a person to be up and full of energy 24/7.
SO lets say someone contacts me last minute at 10:00 pm wanting me to be there by 11:00 pm , but I have been up all day since 6:00 am .......well then I am probably already in bed by 10:00 pm.
or maybe I have something planned for early am the next morning ( personal stuff or work or whatever )  .........hey a lady needs her beauty sleep  

I think sometimes gents forget about stuff like this . Or maybe they don't even realize ....
We don't and can't just be "on call" 24/7 .

There are two las vegas agencies that have a great reputation, you can try that .
but maybe they don't have ladies that are your type or price range.

and that's ok . Just know if you look for certain criteria's , your chances of finding a provider  
that match up with those criteria's ......would be ADVANCE planning .
Last minute  ,well your choices become slimmer . ........if even at all .  

Although one site that ladies advertise on - has "available now" -  it isn't always the case .
"Available now"  stays on for 4 hours ,...... things change , and sometimes when in a hurry that is the last thing on my mind to go into the site to change status , and I just let it expire.  

The reason there is no site just for "verified providers available now" is because there will never  
be enough ladies to justify the upkeep and profit for such a site .  

While you may find some ladies available last minute ......for the most part ( I said for the most part    a true independent is not .

Also what does last minute mean to you ?  
Calling at 2:00 pm that you want the provider to be there by 3:00 pm ?
Calling at 11:00 pm , that you want for 11:30 PM ?  
Now your chances are getting even slimmer ...... and if she can do that , unless you know for sure she is legit , true independent ,  I personally would be a bit concerned if someone is available at the drop of the hat.  

Best solution , try to plan ahead .  
If you can't , then just try who ever floats your boat , but don't get upset or frustrated if the answer is - sorry not available , or maybe no answer at all .

and no just because you ( again not YOU literally OP ) just saw me posting , or because you saw me somewhere logged on to a site ...... that doesn't mean I am available right now .
or that I am online because I am bored and have nothing better to do .
It means just that ..... that I AM ONLINE !! I have many reasons that I am online many hours of the day or night .

Online doesn't translate into , I am available .  
Although anyone is welcome to try maybe just incase I am ( or any other lady ) is available ,  
Just no need to get bent out of shape when told-  sorry not available......and sorry I don't need to explain myself why not.

Cause yes I get plenty of those who get bent out of shape , even when I give the courtesy of actually replaying to let them know I am not available   .....  just saying .
