Mine is not that unknow, or I don't think that uncommon, well ok in the straight world I never meet a lady who had done this before, but I just love to have my nipples played with. I think overacting probably ruins an experience for a lot of people. In my profession (glamour photography) acting is everything...telling a story with your face and body, but when OVERDONE my images come out like sh*t, so I suspect the same might be true of this scene. I'm betting alot of guys want to believe in the fantasy and feel that their date is really into what she's doing or having done to her, but more on a subtle level, rather than the screaming one might see in a xxx flick. The arch of a back, an intense whisper or unexected lil moan, a low muttered growl, a special look into the eyes...I could go on forever.  

On a side note, I'm still available for photographing while I'm out there (24th-29th) if anyone needs new images for their portfolio or website. I'm not looking for 'trade of services', more like trade for portfolio. Shoot me an email if interested, and I can provide references as well.
