While it is not something I risk, the reason why men would want it is that condoms reduce the enjoyment.
You don't feel the warmth or the moisture with a condom on.  It feels a lot better without a condom.
I think using condoms was the hardest thing to get used to when I got into the hobby because I usually had long term relationships and didn't have to use them.
Getting into the hobby also made me realize that the women I dated/were married to were very passive and didn't have very good oral skills :(  
Got to take the good with the bad

Lambskin.  Good to prevent pregnancy ...stop most bacterial std.   Poor to protect against herpes or HIV.    Of course still much better than going bbfs .....

I do not see this client anymore just an fyi it was over a decade ago. He was insisting on BBFS ( I don't do) so he hired a girl that I did not know from some random place for BBFS. I was in the room. He popped inside her and then she gets upset because she thought he would "pull out" he did not. She goes on to say she was on NO form of birth control ... He was married w kids by the way, she is yelling what did he do, he is upset it was A HORRIBLE SITUATION. Part of the time was then spent w all 3 of us going to the drugstore for plan b pill. Like WTF was it really worth all this. It was crazy.

The answer to your question is the K-Girl Agencies or maybe some AVN girls if you are currently tested and show proof.

AVN girls make sure as their careers depend on it...along with their safety.  Frankly, for anyone in this profession, industry, in these discussion boards, or likewise, the sentiment would be the same...safety.  Oh. Obviously for the above mentioned, there's a difference in price point.  

As others have mentioned, there's a risk.  With that said, there's a risk with any behavior.  STDs can happen from any oral engagement.  Even jock itch can be contagious.  I knew a dude that kissed a girl at a frat party and got herpes...that spread to his eye!  I guess shit happens.  

Although HIV transmissibility is relatively low from a woman to a man in the United States.  It is slightly higher from a man to a woman.  The best bet, as mentioned before, is protection.  Another option is PrEP.  It can have side effects.  

Anyway, I hope I didn't offend anyone or piss anyone off.  I try to not do that.  Good luck.  Have fun.  Be safe.

my vegas experience .. until say 8 or 9 years ago  BBFS was unheard of and if requested the lady might just leave ..  more recently it's happened from time to time ---  my own experience only happens if the lady is comfy and allows to happen naturally, not by me asking     i would say a good 75% of the TER world ladies not going to happen in any case ..  

more likely with low body count civilian sugar babies but that's whole other world and requires more time and effort.  

ultimate catch 22 . if you contact a Vegas pro and upfront she says yes i would pass ..   you are , in the words of Vegas, playing much shorter odds with someone who initially says no and takes it case by case.

I had one girl do it with me and told me she only did it with me 😂. Reading through her reviews I don’t think I believe her . I think she was selective about it.
