this has to be a joke  ..  and if not do you truly expect an answer on the board so everyone can see what girl would say yes....    

ok anyone with any honesty knows there is more BBFS going on than should be ... (anything more than zero is more than should be)    but asking out front is the great catch 22 of BBFS     ie  you want to do with the the person that would say no   and not do it with the person that says yes!    

ahhhh the 1990s when the only reason to use condoms was to keep the girl from getting pregnant ..    oh a serious note, ask for someone who uses  Female condoms,  they feel as close to BBFS as possible compared to traditional ones.
