I'd like my coffee without the cellulite.

Lots of similar cafes in Little Saigon in Orange County CA. Many servers are professional import car models of predominately Vietnamese (but other nationalities, mostly Asian and Latina). Most places have free Wi-Fi and most TV sports. Coffee is good, too.
