Hello Vegas Board,  

Time for my annual trip to Vegas and the company has put me up at Ballys. I've never stayed there before and it seems a little old a dated. But thought I'd reach out and see what the locals think. How is the hotel? How is it for "fun"? Just to stay?

Bally's...

Has a updated tower thats very nice.  The location of the hotel is great ,it's within walking distance to some great restaurants and shopping.  

There's no security at the elevator banks ,you're visiting friends can come directly up to the suite.  
The pool is so so ,it has yet to be updated.  

Maybe when you checkin you can ask for a upgrade to the updated tower .

The rooms have been updated and are nice...

especially the suites that have the big tub in the room.I believe this was in the Jubliee Tower.

yes most rooms have been updated, and easy for your date to come up to the rooms. I would suggest she dress casual for that hotel.

I guess I'm old fashioned and like the indigo tower..

The regular rooms are way more spacious.

Plua I feel like the jubilee tower is like being in a college dorm.

Just ask to not face the Cromwell. Late night Boise from Drais and views of the monorail aren't that awesome. :)
