Would I have any difficulty finding an ATM to take 2K out of on the Vegas strip?  And will they have exorbitant fees?

You can do comcheck machine next to the cashier cage most times I believe.
You can take money off of credit/debit cards and get that much out but the fees are kinda high I can't recall how much for 2k.
But the ATM is not going to let you take 2k.

Plenty of ATMs in the casinos. My buddies and I refer to it as the walk of shame. 😂. Fees are a bit high as you would expect. You may be able to get two grand based on the limits you have set with your bank. Enjoy.

Several years ago I had the same problem so I spoke to the ladies at the Cashier Window located at the Wynn/Encore. They explained that I could use a gaming card and driver license to receive money without fees. The money will be withdrawn from your checking account. You need to present a blank check and your driver license to open the account. If approved, you’ll receive the gaming card. When ready to withdraw money, present the gaming card and driver license for your withdraw. The Wynn/Encore is the only hotel I know of that does this. I’ve used this several times. It’s fast and convenient.

first what is your daily ATM limit ..everyone's is different ...  mine is $1200 .. but you can talk to your bank ahead of time and adjust yours.  

you can take cash advance against a credit card .. i had to do that once because well .. spent too much on the hobby more than anticipated in one night  he he he he he      $70 per $1000 is their typical fee ..   you put in your card .. say how much you want .. you get ticket and take the casino cashier window.    if you are taking out $1k   $70 shouldn't matter  

oh and i hope you have deal with bank to reimburse general ATM fees ..  i took money out at a strip club .. THEIR FEES are insane .   like 20% !!!    so i got hit with an $80 fee and ...    chase credited me back the money    big smile.   now i imagine if i did that a lot the computers might catch it next time  

Appreciate the info.  I bumped above the 2K I plan to withdraw.  The casino sounds like the best bet.
