For you to get a reputable lady who is available on such a short notice.  I've never understood last minute inquiries.  Did you just learn this morning you were coming to Vegas?  I highly doubt it.  Pre booking is essential when coming to Vegas as most ladies need time to screen and adjust their schedules accordingly.
