If you have problems with the forms, than don't fill them out.  You will wind up limiting yourself to many uncertain situations.  The forms are for scheduling purposes.  When you book on Orbitz you can get a listing of times available, when you inquire for an appointment your asking if a specific time is available, for a certain length of time.  We do not always have the flexibility to just take an appointment when ever a client calls, nor do we sit in front of the computer waiting for a message.  It also takes other providers a day or two to actually give back a reference, to ensure we are safe.  You are correct when you say that this is "your hobby", but we are the "providers".

Re: Appointment forms

Hamish love we ladies do have other things to take care of during the day as well and so it helps us to be able to have a specific time to spend with you gentlemen.  Like all of the other ladies said its really something that we must adhere to and if you need some flexibility just put that in the comment box and ask the lady if she has some flexibility in her schedule.  You should be upset if a lady is not being professional enough to at least reply back to you.  Since I am a low volume kind of girl I do have time to reply to email within a days time.  I too limit myself to just one appointment a day and on special situations I will do two, however they are always at least 4 hour apart from each other.

I hope you don't take offense to any of us ladies just expressing ourselves but it really helps to pic a time.
