Checked it out during the soft opening last month.  They've been doing a lot of local promotion with entertainers in Minxx t-shirts attending various events, bars, and nightclubs over the past month.

You'll forgive me if my memory is faulty but it was a few weeks ago when I went with some friends.

The place is a bit hard to find, it's on Wynn north of Tropicana and that road is fairly dark although they may have improved the lighting in the area now but it's on the left.  Free valet parking available.

Not sure about the cover (if it's typical of most places, $20 per person, free for locals).  Just before you get to the main room, there's a cashier on the right that prints out the funny money if you use your credit card (don't remember if it was 10 or 15% fees with the dancers losing 10% to the house).  Lap dances were $20/song, VIP $100/3 songs (not sure about the timed rates, maybe $150/30 min, $300/hr).  It's just one large room with a large circular stage in the middle.  The bar is in the back with plasma dotting the walls.  There's room enough for at least 2 dancers on stage.  Didn't check out VIP.

Nearby you have Seamless (better location closer to the Orleans; walking distance from Orleans valet + the switch to an afterhours nightclub after 4am).  And Mens Club takes over the space that used to be Leopard Lounge, closer to Wild Wild West; opening with 2 upscale restaurants if you believe the ads.  Mens Club should be doing their opening mid-Nov while Minxx just had their Grand Opening weekend.
