I have two questions that maybe some of you can help me with. First, I am new to this so the possibility of being caught by the law concerns me. Therefore I am curious as to what I should look for and say, or not say, when dealing with a provider? Second, are there any nice providers out there in the $200 per hr range? Well any information is greatly appreciated.

Your price range may be a bit low.  Most of the providers that are worth the time are a bit more than that.  They are probably the best way to avoid LE as well, shopping for bargains on the street or in the bars is a good way to find a setup that lands you in the wrong room.  Save a little extra money, contact a known provider and enjoy yourself.
