No they aren't an agency but their customer service sucks I asked them to remove my profile they stole (due to it having old information  & old pictures)I told them I dont care if you steal my information just make sure it has the RIGHT INFORMATION 3 weeks of emails back and forth finally they removed it..not sure if its back up again but wouldn't doubt it if it was.
