I have seen some great looking russian/ eastern european girls at various strip clubs but can't seem to find an incall or outcall or massage parlor that is staffed by these young ladies.  Anyone have any info on the Russian girls in Vegas?

but I recall an article in one of the two altweeklies here in Vegas (City Life and LV Weekly) did a cover story a few years ago on some of the UTR places, sorta banquet halls along or near Industrial that had a bunch of russian/eastern europeans sex workers.  Sounded like typical ripoff joints but if you can't find the ones that have good reviews in the database here, not sure what your options are.  Of course, it could be they do better as agency/bar girls since they would rather operate that way.
