it is the chemical equivalent to a snow job where chipped or crushed ice is incorporated into the event.  Sometimes accompanied by your partner humming "Jingle Bells" while administerning to your pleasure.  I doubt a cover would allow the crisp cool feeling of the Altoids to reach any part of your tool.

makes for a tingly sensation, not to mention increases your sensitivity!  i liked it...
