I have a Monday ritual that I try to stick to. Sometimes it's pushed to Tuesday... But.. I take myself to the spa. I relax in the hot tub. Sweat in the steam room.. If I feel up to it I do a half an hour on the elliptical. I use this time to take anything negative that happened to me the previous week and get it the heck out of me.
