make sure the lady has your name for the parking attendant. If you are opposed to giving out that information the only option i see is meeting them at the MGM Grand and take the walkway.
If you select the MGM option - then you will want to try and get a room in Tower 1 (I think that is the closest to MGM)

I usually am able to get past the gate and valet park at the specific tower but have the valet park it upfront.
However,if a gent already has a car then it creates a bit of issue as I think one car spot per guest if I am not mistaken.The last time recently I was there I had to park at the valet on the MGM side and make the very long trek to the Signature and then afterwards walk back to the valet.But it was worth it
I would suggest meeting the providers on the MGM valet side hopefully they are not self-parking at the MGM to go to the signature that would really be a very long walk.
Definitely for the ladies do not wear heels that walk is crazy.

Money talks in Vegas

When you the guest arrives at the gate tell the guard your here to pick up a guest, they will hand you a slip of paper go to valet, give valet $10  no questions asked who or what, they'll valet it and keep it front if you ask, End Of Story. It  would be gentlemanly of you to reimburse your guest the money that way you don't come down, no inconvenience on you.
This can be done on regular valet casinos when they tell you valet is full especially on a busy weekend

I always bring comfy shoes for the long trek to the Signature!

and switch into the heels.  I have it timed.  20 min from parking to my guests room.  My problem is getting sucked in to the clothing boutiques on the long walk through MGM lol.  Must resist!!
