Ladies, I am in need of advice regarding access to the providers only board. Admin FINALLY gave me access a couple months ago, but now there seems to be a problem. I wanted to help a friend by showing her how to post, but was concerned that there might be a conflict if we both used the same IP address. To double check I emailed TER to ask if we could both post from the same IP address. They said we could, but they would take away my access to the Provider's Only board ( I guess it's somewhere in their rules that to access that board in particular, sharing an IP address is not allowed). I then decided to go to my friends hotel room to show her there instead. Even though, I never did share my IP address, TER has STILL taken away my access. I have emailed them twice now regarding the issue and have yet to hear from them. Any advice on what else I can do? Thanks so much in advance and happy holidays.
Happened to me because I'm also a booking assistant. Nothin you can do except wait the 6 months and ask for access again. It took them a good 3 weeks to respond to my question about the provider only board when I couldn't access it. Happy Holidays
