I am a native to Las Vegas and fairly new to the hobby. I have noticed that when I search on the internet for local services, I find a bunch of stock girls everywhere. It is really evident with their 1980's type photography. It juts reaks of bait and switch. Are there any good agencies with REAL girls pics on the web.

There are no GOOD agencies per your question. However, you if you are a VIP member, you can use the search capabilities here on TER and find a whole host of Independent ladies that will meet your needs.

If you choose the agency route in Vegas, there will be plenty to tell you "I told you so" afterwards.

how much BS exists in this town.  Most agencies here operate on the model of getting a service fee up front with the girls getting anything you can offer for tips (no tips = no good times).

Even the non-agency providers can be ripoffs.  Your best bet is to find providers with lots of good reviews (from reputable reviewers, not easily found if you're not VIP).

Also note, this town is big on outcalls so it helps to pick up a room somewhere to create your own incall.
