I think PSE is like YMMV. I have found several providers to be in my mind PSE, even though they really promote themselves as GFE, so it turns into a YMMV. Only reading reviews as you know already can uncover some of that. An alternative of course is searching the Porn Star board to see who might be in Vegas at your travel times.
Personally, I don't like plastering ladies names on this public board and volunteering their services, since maybe they do not want that from me. I am sure others will repsond however. Good luck.
