I scheduled two appointments through DW on my most recent Vegas trip, which was just a couple of months ago.  Overall, no problems and I would use DW again.  

No upsell - priced for incall and outcall are listed on the website. I did outcall, and the girls arrived on time (they get dropped off and picked up by a driver).

If you make your appointment in advance, and you really want to see a specific girl, I would just confirm 24 hours before that you will be seeing the girl you requested.   We almost had a hiccup around that situation, but it worked out and I did end up seeing the specific girls we originally agreed upon.

My first appointment was a duo with Bibi and Mimi, and the next night I saw just Mimi.  

Unfortunately Mimi seems to be gone already, so that's a bit of a bummer for me, because I was planning on seeing her again on my next trip.
