They closed my account today with out warning and are holding my money for 6 months.  Outback said that it has happened to at least one other girl today.  If you use Paypal, I would suggest getting your money out ASAP.  It looks like they are cracking down.

That's one reason that I got the Paypal debit card, as soon as some money goes in, it comes right out, either as a purchase or from an ATM. Can't say I've ever really trusted them. I only keep about a $20 balance w/ them, on average. But my account is still open, so that's a plus.

When you set up the paypal link on your site, you made sure that you created it as a "donation" link, right?

When eBay purchased PayPal several months ago, they made it a new policy to not permit adult sites to use PayPal (for goods, services, or subscriptions).  Beginning this month, they even quit accepting PayPal for adult merchandise on their own site.

I can see where you would be eligible to have your account closed under their new terms, however on what grounds can they freeze your funds for six months?  Any legal eagles out there that can answer this?
