Hi, i am a newbie trying to figure things out a bit. As far as i have understood a lot of donations on agency web pages is only the agency fee and you have to add the providers tip on top on that. Is that also true for pages like http://hhprivatecollection.com and http://www.100proofoflasvegas.com/ because then they are a lot more expensive than the independent girls.

You should know that brothel style and INDY style are completely different Now, I would appreciate if you keep my brothel life separate from my INDY life. It's two different world!

There are many reasons providers work with agencies.
Instant clients Anonymity - many women have families, careers, friends and they cannot risk exposure Extreme flexibility - at least half of our providers are in school, and we work around all schedules No emails, texts, phone calls (many independents use bookers or secretaries and it's exactly the same) Photoshoots Parties A database of clients in every city they travel to And our screening is thorough. In no way am I going to put anyone, including myself and my business, at risk for an appointment.
.........so agencies can actually be a tremendous benefit to a business savvy woman.
I used to be an independent myself for quite a while, and I have to say I would DEFINITELY work for my agency!!

This why we have a niche for every one... Again, some need the job to be handed to them some can get the job on their own with no help.
I know I won't EVER work for an agency, but it's a personal choice.
Young girls understand when they get holder that all it takes is a lil bit of a brain and some marketing skill to make it in the industries...
If girls are cool getting sent on call and have enough trust in you that you didn't sent them to a weirdo then good for you!
I need the feel of my futur client, I like to talk with him for a minute to see how we interact. Some creeps me out over the phone and I don't feel them so i won't see them.
