There are also some that will be willing to call you at your work to verify you work somewhere OTHER THAN LE. Make alternate suggestions and some may allow it in lieu of. Of course, a call to you at work is not much different than a pay stub. If you do the pay stub, redact your home address, your SS#, and birth date, if applicable. Leave only your name and the amounts on the stub.
Paystub should be a “no no” to provide. But gottta ask..,how bad do you want in? This approach might work with some bookers and they might bite, after all it is about the money. My guess is that after all this, you might not get the girl who you wanted to see.. But do a glowing review, regardless and maybe after doing this once, you might have earned your stripes and you be in like Flint.

There are plenty of other ways to get screened by k-girl agencies that don't involve giving up your PII. These screening alternatives, IMO, are more secure and more reliable than a pay check stub or a drivers license, which can be easily faked. Search around various hobby-related discussion boards and you'll find the info you need.
P411 might be an option for you but you are giving up the information you don't want to to some entity. I used to use P411 but have not renewed in 5 years or so. I'm not sure you're at any more risk given that info to a K-agency that to P411 -- but that might depend on just where you are.
You can search on various sites for independent Asian providers and try to build up a good set of references to offer the agency. Quite often the indies, particularly the older ones, are quite flexible with screening requirements (some don't even pay lip service to the concept and you might worry about a trap there). But at least you ask about alternative options -- even up to a meetup somewhere close (generally at a cost) but I've never ask or needed to do that.
As someone else mentioned, just how bad do you want this and how much work and time will you put into getting accepted? If you want it and want it now, just redact everything you think could put you at serious risk of identity theft and give it over. Or if you're willing to wait to build you references make that investment in the lower end, independent providers you can manage to see. Don't expect to see them once and get a reference but see them a few times and see 4 or 5. Then reach out to the agency.
I was able to get into almost all agencies in my neck of the woods. But, it was a long time ago at this point and it took me some time and persistence.
I believe it took me a year to get in everywhere. I was generously tipped off which orgs didn't have pii verification, got "refs" from those and started trying other orgs. Many would say those refs aren't accepted, so I politely thanked them and would wait for an opportunity where I'd know they'd be slow and ask again with same refs. Then Id get into those and use those etc etc. They might have my pic I didn't consent to (too many cameras nowadays can take them) but they don't have even so much as my real first name.
I think screening is even stricter now in a lot of places so idk of it's possible.
