Did john allow a thorough cleansing & inspection? Did john leave on time?  Did john subtly pressure for extra time?  Did john handle the payment transaction unprompted & discreetly?  Did john ask inappropriate personal questions?  Would you be happy if you saw him again?

with your post above.  To this list, I would also add, "Did he tip?"  They are doing this to make money, and tips are important to them.  If they have a full schedule of 7 or 8 customers, and can get a $50 tip from each customer, its like seeing two extra guys at the end of the day without having to do the extra work.  As you say, their perspective of what is important for a good session is completely different than ours.
