Y'all want to give me the Cliffs on the current K-girl scene in LA? Sounds really complicated.
I mean, it shouldn't be. What's so hard about, "the girls charge a fee for a service. pay the fee, enjoy the service." ?

I did apply to LAKS, answered all their questions, got turned down. All they had to do was look at my reviews. So, it's hard to take them seriously. Besides, I can play with the Koreans in SF/SJ, HNL, Tampa, OC, SD, DFW. I'm back on the road again for a bit and LA should be home base by 3Q 2015.

I think if I got letters from both their former Admin and former GC, (who showed up at a Senior Hobbyist's birthday bash last week in LV), they still wouldn't think it's enough.
Three of the reviewees are Hall of Fame K-gals too. And there was some private reserve that I can't talk about but one of them ended up marrying one of the poobahs at Nodak Club.
It's tempting to publish the e mail chain, but it is what it is, unfortunately. The word that immediately comes to mind is "unprofessional". So, from my shoes, it's really hard to take this seriously, but I can use a little entertainment every now and then.
It's Admin's call what goes up and what doesn't. This kuch is understood. But, y'all can always PM me. I know this is too complicated for most of this particular group, but I just want to book a session and enjoy myself with a pretty lady. The one thing I do insist on in handling my hobby affairs is professionalism. I chat with the former IOA booker (which reminds me, Nicki's back, go to the OC and see her!) and Frida's SF booker on occasion. To see grown men act like children over professional escorts is a little distrubing, but yeah, I can't pull my eyes away from it either.
It's nice to see like-minded gents who understand this hobby. As stated above, not every opinion is accepted here on these boards. If you don't go along with the insane from laks, you'll quickly be swarmed, attacked and berated on here. They'll accuse you of being someone you're not in order to play into their fantasy stories. It's entertaining to see individuals act as such, but would be nice to not have to deal with it all the time.

I just refuse to get involved in any of that. I'm a client, not a fanboi. I mean, it's like this. You leave the apartment really well fucked. That's her job and she did it well, and now she's on the next chaji. That's what you were paying her for. Respect it and move on (to the next boji). She can like you, she can have a good time with you. You may well be a "fun" client in her eyes. But at the end of the day, she's performing a service, like your mechanic, like your CPA, like your MD.
Dude, best way to use the forum, is to read the reviews and review the reviewer as well. On the dearly departed NorCal board, it was pretty obvious which reviews were shills. Here it's a little more circumspect. But, yeah, the Rebecca review was out of bounds and it shouldn't have gotten through. You do understand on all boards of this nature some reviews are paid advertising. After all, the Admins here aren't running a charity. If they don't do what you want them to do, look at it from their shoes and consider all possible outcomes why this occurred.
I'm a bit curious, if a person is spreading a rumor, that will sway away potential clients about a girl that you know is false, how would you act? or what is the appropriate response be in your opinion?

There's no value in the cliffs or getting involved in the current drama. The kgirl scene continue to thrive as they always have over the years regardless of the challenges. It's better to use your free time to enjoy the girls than to get caught up in the unnecessary noises.
It's good to have more folks like yourself who are objective and rational about the hobby.
Ignore the rants already posted in this thread. Weird stage going on in this forum, will soon pass.
I applied on LAKS and got denied too. No worries, I've heard they're hit and miss.

AF site not moderating forums and reviews, resulting in ridiculous posts and unsubstantiated nonsense about acts that never happened. Those losers have spilled over a bit into this forum.
Best bet is to research here and weed out the weeds, some of which have posted already on this thread
Bonobo has it right. It's good to see someone with a grown-up attitude finally posting in this thread.
The fact is, most of what's being discussed here is not appropriate for a public board. Be smart. TER has a PM function for a reason. Do some homework. Figure out who is knowledgeable. And take it from there.
Those AF losers -- as you so accurately described them -- have proven that they will stoop to extreme lows in order to slander the k-girls, promote abusive and dangerous behavior, and attack their critics. So you'll just have to forgive anyone who, in this current environment, doesn't feel comfortable sharing information with people they don't know.
This is a perfect example of how a few bad guys can poison the well for other folks
You never know what someone's hidden agenda is and the forums have become a stage. Be smart, do your homework, use your (big) head, form your own opinions. Ignore the smoke and mirrors. And if someone does go over the line don't ignore it, call them out on it on a professional way.
