If there's a good part about upcharge, if any, is that you wanna see a BB girl but fuck her with a rubber, you don't gotta pay the upcharge. And so here we are. Bbfs advertising is common in LA. It is common here too but just under guise of pse moniker.
As far as safety - I was a staunch antibbfs guy back in the day but at some point that fight wasnt worth fighting. Plus I also succumbed to the BB temptations several times, and at that point I'd be a hypocrite. Sometimes I just couldn't do anything when a girl just stuck me in with no questions nothing. Couple high volume in the bay with how often people bbfs and you get the idea of why some people harshly call pse kgirls cum dumpsters. Technically, it's not incorrect,but still imo unfair to girls to call them that. This is yet another reason I rarely daty,as I mostly see pse girls. Theyre always clean, but high volume you know a dude with a long schlong can deposit deep down and they might not have enough time. There’s been a significant push for BBFS ever since I can remember.
Back in the bad old rouge livre days there was a group of guys led by a monger with “six” in his handle. Their leader drove a taxi service for the girls and claimed to run other errands for the orgs. The group was ruthless about “converting” girls to the advantages to the kgirls and their business that they claimed for BBFS. They developed a playbook for how to convince a girl that going BBFS was the only way to be successful long term in the business here.
Because I saw a lot of the top tier girls back then the BBFS gang kept messaging me and trying to convince me to join them. They said that adding the girls I saw to their growing BBFS list would be amazing. And that they would teach me how to convert them and even help me with the method that required a full court press with a bunch of a specific girl’s clients all saying the same thing.
They also sent me their playbook for review so that I could see how easy it was to convert a girl to BBFS.
As I think CDL said, though maybe it was someone else, the intense pressure here in the Bay Area for a girl to offer BBFS (and do it for free) is one of the things that contributes to making this area less attractive for top tier girls.

in LA to openly advertise BBFS Kgirls. (Booker M would "hint" which girls were BBFS before that, but it was never published anywhere, and the girls still reserved the right to refuse on a case by case basis, so it was more YMMV++ - Lol.) It was right after CV and TER went dark around April of 2018. The girls they get are rarely as pretty as the photo's suggest, and there is a $100 upcharge for BBFS to $360, but its a sure thing, so a lot of guys started going there. As you might guess, some of the girls that go through there are NK's.
