Any k agency on P411?

Only one in Atlanta is on p411, but it's far away from where I live now and I don't have much chance to travel there.  Does anyone know either K agency on P411? Thanks!

Not in LA where they

have a tried and tested system which , though it could benefit from being more strict, has mostly worked well for them.

I know these webs. I tried but couldn't pass kp screening.  People say rs2k is the trick.  But I'm not willing to join rs2k. Did you visit kp?
