feel unwelcome. Any monger with 30+ years experience can go anywhere they want. I would add that "comfortable with me" also means "feels safe with me" which does require building some trust that then allows her to relax and become comfortable. The script is a way of control to provide some level of a sense of safety.

Never did less than hour sessions, but started with hours, then went to 90 minutes, now 80% of my sessions are two hours or more. The 20% that are still one hour are the new girls I see. I tried doing two hours with new girls, but if I get one I'm not connecting with, then two hours seems like an eternity to me.
