. . .you have to get your foot in the door with the booker to see agency girls.  You ARE getting some response because you say you couldn't get the time you wanted.  So why not ask the booker which girl he has who is available at the time you want, and start there.  Most bookers have anywhere from six to twelve girls for whom they manage the schedule.  Once you get the first appointment under your belt, you are an established customer and will receive increasingly better responses on subsequent appointment attempts providing you always show up on time, don't cancel last minute, and the girl reports to the booker that you were respectful and kind.

This may or may not work for you, but one technique I use quite successfully when I'm traveling to other cities is to look for a touring girl that I have seen in SoCal a few times.  Many of the LA girls tour to the BA and the PacNW, so if a girl knows you, you can contact her first, tell her you want to see her, and then ask her to vouch for you with the booker.  Once you see her, you should be good with that booker to see anyone else on his roster.  I have been approved this way with new bookers in BA, Portland, Seattle and DC by going in the backdoor (no pun intended) through a touring girl that I already knew from LA, OC or SD.  Touring girls are happy to trade phone numbers with hobbyists that also travel so they can keep you apprised of where they are working.  

I have to admit, and maybe it's just me but...

If the OP is using his real screen name as a reference with bookers so they can check his reviews, and he has asked this question in the manner he did, which bags on the BA bookers a little in general, I can understand his reason for posting it under an alias.  Nevertheless, like mufflover, I would always encourage those providing help on public boards to keep things general when giving advice, alias or not.  Booker's names should never be shared on a public forum, and I don't even discuss specific bookers in PM's except with well-established trusted fellow hobbyists.

Thank you both for answering my post. coeur-de-lion is exactly right on why I'm posting with an alias. I don't want to get flagged by them as Bad Mannered. Also, I am not having any problem with screening or what not. If the PO actually replies to me, I usually get it no problem. I'm just frustrated with not even given the chance!

I still like texting the booker and telling him you want to see someone at XX:00 and asking who is available.  By taking his recommendation you are showing your willingness to be flexible and to work with him.  The booker is the gate keeper and says who gets in.  I have had to do this with several when I first started in LA after hobbying in OC for a few years.  I was getting no responses by asking for a specific very popular girl, but when I changed my approach and let the booker suggest a girl to see the first few times, I was soon rewarded by getting  to see all of the most popular girls that that booker had.

While I've seen a few in LA I am no expert.

anywhere from 20 to 50 if the girl is exceptional but, usually my tip is return visits.

A hundred an hour is ALOT.  Fifty an hour is not for most hobbyists, but it is for some girls, and is always greatly appreciated in my experience.

How do you guys do the tipping? At the end and just hand it to her?  

It is awkward to hand a girl cash at the end of the session.  Its better to just slip it into the envelope, even if she sees you.  If its a first appointment and the girl has taken the envelope out of the room as they are want to do with new customers, then just lay it where they are sure to see it, dresser or nightstand, but don't ever do the slick handshake while passing the cash like you would with a concierge or maître d'.

I do alot of my tipping by repeating if I like her.

I've never bothered with tipping.  I normally just repeat if they are still in town.  

I recently visited a K-Girl and I gave her my donation right in the beginning and asked her to count (I do always ask them to count , though it is embarrassing...but gets out of any confusion due to language barrier). After she put away the donation I pulled her close and kissed her on her lips and then moved to each tit (still in bra) and as I kissed I slipped a $20 in each cup without her noticing. Within few min she proceeded to remove her bra and two $20s fell out of her bra she was all laughing loud and so happy and glowing...I do not need to explain how all that happiness was delivered to my Johnny during the rest of the session, do I?
