Thanks for the suggestion for Mr. Ahn's. I do like makgeolli. Coincidentally, I was just told the other day that in Korea people tend to drink makgeolli and eat pajeon on rainy days.
Cannot find it again but just a short while back I noticed an article in one of the Korean papers that interviewed some of the top chefs in Asia, not all Asian, what their must try places in Soeul were. Meant to bookmark it so I could review again once I got there. But lots of offerings and I will likely enjoy some of the neighborhood type places as well.
I'm not so sure about that Superman G recommendation. I tried a search and first only came up with the hits for the TV show and when I put in massage I was getting links to gay massages. You trying to say something? LOL
If you put "838-6 Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea" into Google maps and look at street view, you will see why the place is called Superman G.
I see. I guess they got in trouble for using the Marval Superman logo on that sign before. An older image (2009) was using the big red S on a yellow bacground rather than the G.
