I assume you mean that her entire Profile is gone. Do you remember her TER Profile ID #? If you search that, you will get a message if the Profile is not available.

Maybe she retired and ask TER to remove her Profile and all other references to her.  
Maybe she broke a TER and was unilaterally delisted by TER.

I am thinking of a particular example from my early experience and a reason why I joined TER.  I had come across an ad for an Asian provider that totally blew me away.  I searched TER for her reviews and the "Profile no longer available" or whatever the message is. I wanted to get more info but I had to register as a real TER member in order to post my Q, which I did. My post asking for information about (Forgot-the-Name) was rejected / removed by TER because I had mentioned the name of a banned and delisted Provider.  I PMd some of the friendlier posters and they explained more to me, including the fact the the Provider was banned after repeated warnings to stop advertising on TER without mentioning that she is a TS. TER policy then (and still, I believe) is to require disclosure.

It's a confidentially matter.  Don't know what happened
but it must have been something.

I would caution against speculation.  She has many phone numbers of hobbyists and if she wants whatever is going on to be public, she will tell someone.  Otherwise, it's a private matter between her and TER and we should chill out and give her time to resolve whatever it is.
