I do remember back in the day at the height of the "Brazilian era" in ATL there were several Brazialian agencies that kept those same kind of late night hours, and while my "Peruvian marching powder" days where already well in my past, I will admit showing up rather shit faced on more than one occasion. I will confess to not tipping every girl I see, or anywhere even close, but those chicas always got an hundred or two out of me, I considered it only fair for putting up with my drunk ass. Ironically, none of the girls ever got mad at me for being drunk, but all the girls knew they were getting extra money whenever I showed up later than about 10-11PM. lol
Long time lurker here. This question is specific to Los Angeles. I've noticed in the last year or 2 more ads for girls working 2pm-2am or even until 4am. I've always visited providers who work 11-9 or 10. I was wondering if anyone has any thoughts on these "night owls" when comes to service, photo accuracy, bait and switch etc? Thanks.
As one poster already mentioned, customers are less energetic and more compliant during the night. In addition, there are goodly number of indies that work those hours, but few Kgirls, so less competition for customers wanting Kgirls. There are also girls that are here on student visas that work when they are not going to school, so they accommodate their school schedule by working later hours or limited days. I used to see a Kgirl going to school that only worked Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Others may have a husband or boyfriend that works swing or night shift, so they want to work when he's working and be off when he's off.

I was trying to think for the OP. Read reviews, be safe, and don't come in tired or very late at night, then how can it be down?
