From a practical perspective, the longer she stays, the less intrusive the $140 difference for the first hour will seem in the overall scheme of things. In other words, while the additional travel surcharge represents about a 53% premium over the incall rate for one hour, if you book four hours, it works out to only 13% more to have her come to you.
These agencies are fobs living in US trying to break into the kho scene. So hi chance they employ khos who are amatuers or kfatties or chicks who might have been busted and are double agents for LE or the whole operation is LE sting. Reason "legit" ones only use imports of khos from korea so pretty much no chance of LE to the US owner and to the customers.
I think you're the only one that is on point with the intent of the OP's comment. I don't think he's commenting on the price differential, but rather the fact that a small percentage of the K-girl adds even offer n out call option.

Sometimes when only one of the girls is working and her roommate is not there will be several people in the other room while one of the girls is working. I remember one of my Thai GF's would do that all the time. We'd try to keep it down while her roommate was "in session" but sometimes there would be a half a dozen of us drinking and having a good old time while one of the girls was "working" in the other room. lol

I do agree that I prefer the girls who only use a booker for scheduling purposes and for all other intents and purposes are indies with complete control over their own time. I have also enjoyed seeing girls who worked in a different city than where their agency was headquartered. In Texas a lot of girls, Asian and otherwise, make the circuit between Houston, Dallas and Austin. I used to see some girls who worked for a Houston based agency, but who worked mainly in Dallas. There are probably may be 3 agencies who offer incall/outcall currently. There is even one girl that offers 350 for outcall. They lose at least an hour to travel so I don't know what's up with this trend. I saw some girls from these agencies already. If the operation is a sting then the sting itself is illegal. I would not know if the girls are double agents.
I believe the girls the OP mentioned are with an agency that has been around since at least 2016. Dance is right in that an ATF with these agencies felt like an import kamatuers, but I also love a young hot amatuer for an unscripted adventuer. I don't remember seeing any kfatty recently though.

So it is the ease of use for you... not them. That is why they charge more. Think about it if you do incall.... you spend X amount of time in traffic, X amount in gas, X amount in parking, X amount in time you travel..... They do the same on the reverse... ie: Out call..... they should be compensated because they are providing the service to you.
...and they may consider the extra charge to compensate bookings that they may able to squeeze in if they only take incall for the day. Say maybe within 3 hours she can take 2-3 clients for incall, but only 1-2 outcall clients within the same period. Busy provider would take incall as priority and fit as many client as she could in one day. Outcall would probably pushed for last booking.
