First & foremost, I hope we keep this a generic discussion by using ‘they’, ‘someone’, and avoid name calling.
In some recent threads, there have been rhetorical questions raised on this topic. I’ve done some search on this forum, and can cite a few suggestions from people. There seem to be 2 parts to such questions.
1. Why do people troll in general?  
  a) These trollers have too much time on their hands. They see it as fun to get into arguments.
  b) They crave attention, either positive or negative is OK.
  c) They feel that they’re injecting truth serum into the forum that may be biased by some dishonest crusaders.
2. Why do people troll specifically against the K scene?
  a) They may be motivated by sour grapes. They got BL by bookers.
  b) They may be just racists.
  c) They may be xenophobic, upset at foreigners coming to usurp American market.
  d) They may be trying to win favors from Indies with business jealousy.  
  e) They may actually be paid by indies to sabotage the Kgirl business.

a favorite punching bag for people to change subject. It has been discussed ad nausea on the LA forum. Just search by that key word. Last time some guy called our attention to TER's stated 9 reasons for use.  
When you see our handle with an envelope below, it only means that we don't write reviews.  
So, I won't add more nausea to this alias thing.

so many of my exes end up hooking up with chinese and white dudes and they can barely communicate so whats the love?  

i know my exes marry them or hook up due the the guy literally bending over backwards to help them with their incalls and giving money.  but why does the guy lover her so much?  Shes a prostitute banging thousands of guys or banged and stays friends with customers and wants you to help run a hooker incall...so how do you end up loving her so much that you want to marry her and risk you going to jail when you cant even communicate.

as for your question, trollers exist because they are losers who have no life so nothing better to do and need attention for being picked on as a nerdy kid.

most of these issues have been discussed in the past, but many buried under 3-level deep discussions. So, I merely function as reporter to put them in one place. If that's labeled trolling, it's a journalistic breakthrough. Waiting for my Pulitzer Award. :) Many thanks.

so best person to comment on the “one-sided” nature of this Board.
Here’s my take, though. Let’s take the TS board as example. Many of us don’t care for TS providers, so we ignore them and don’t go to nitpick what they do. This is a subjective hobby. If they all think they’re so great, let them enjoy themselves. What do I care? I won’t waste time on their Board. But the politics Board is different. There everybody has a stake, so it’s understandable and expected to see many debates. It is the best board for people who enjoy debates.
