I learned the hard way to avoid any ads that only offer outcall-all of these are deceptive B+S operations. Also the storefront AMP scene is unstable in NYC and I would be cautious even if there is a GFE option.
The new Chinese agencies in the 250 range are good (Asian sensation,Gogo etc) and the established Kgirl agencies often better but you pay more (400 in,500 out). Established Asian Indies are good sessions but you get what you pay for. So in addition to the elements listed by imposter I would add to the search line scores 8 and above and perhaps liberalize the price range just to see whats out there.
