So due to the lack of content and people on this board, I have ventured off into other boards...mostly because one of the ladies I see mentioned it to me.  So I get on this board and I realize a lot of the talk around kgirls is whether they offer BBFS. Now I'm wondering if I've been living in a sheltered world. I avoid BBFS and will attempt to avoid ladies who offer it, but I realize it exists. My impression from my time on this site  (TER) is that no provider wants to have that information out in public - they are scared of losing business. In fact, if a poster mentions BBFS info about a provider, they are immediately chided by other posters. At least on the LA board. And I don't believe it gets mentioned much on this board either. But based of this other board,  apparently several of the kgirls offer it or have offered it in the past, and here it is...out in the open...for all to see. Now I don't know how trustworthy the site (rhymes with TSAflexguide) is but it sounds like several of the posters know what they're talking about , meaning I don't think they're making it up. I guess what I'm asking is how rampant is BBFS in the kgirl world. I would appreciate any guidance. One guy on the other board mentioned he always takes Valtrex because it can preemptively prevent the spread of Herpes. Anyway, I just want to be prepared and take precautions if I can. "God gave man a brain and a penis, but only enough blood to run one at a time."    This is never more true than the number off mongers that will throw caution to the wind with respect to their future health when it comes to engaging in BBFS with Kgirls.   When men have a boner, they don't think straight, and the posts on BBFS boards proves this.  I have personally known 7 LA/OC Kgirl mongers that caught HSV2 from Kgirls.   These BBFS fans will be quick to argue that guys catching something from a Kgirl is a very small percentage.  It may be a small percentage of the cases that are REPORTED, but we don't have any idea of how many guys have caught STD's who didn't tell anyone, or more concerning are guys who catch something and just keep doing BBFS.  I have talked to a few that admitted they had contracted HSV2 engaging in bare P4P, so their attitude is "I'm already infected, so I don't have anything more to worry about."  Obviously, they could care less about infecting, you, me, or any of the Kgirls, as long as they continue to get BBFS from some of the girls.  

 
We each have our own threshold for risk, and so its up to each of us to decide for OURSELVES how much risk we want to take.  My threshold is easily defined.  I don't go bare with girls that advertise BBFS or have multiple confirmations of BBFS on their menu on various boards.  In other words, while most BBFS-hounds chase the girls that are KNOWN to offer BBFS, for me, its a "Do Not See" list.  I mostly will only go bare with a Kgirl that I have an outside BF/GF relationship with or with a SB I am seeing.  (Most SB's see guys serially, not contemporaneously).  There have been a few others over the years that have invited me to go bare after I have known them for six months or longer.  Other than these three situations, you have to assume that any girl going bare with you is also going bare with others, so how much risk can you tolerate? These girls see six to eight mongers a day, times 6 days a week, which can add up to over 150 different guys per month.   If the infection rate is only 2 percent, as BBFS fans claim, that's 3 guys a month for EACH Kgirl that are likely to catch something, so again, how much risk can YOU tolerate?  

 
I think your main question is how prevalent is it?  Up until about three years ago, NO Kgirl I ever met wanted it known that they engage in BBFS with ANYBODY.  Then an aggressive booker in the Bay Area started convincing new girls coming here for the first time that they will get a lot more business if they put BBFS on their menu for everyone.  Accordingly, the ad profiles would use the term PSE to identify these girls, while the traditional GFE moniker was used to identify girls who do NOT offer BBFS.  This practice has just started at a few of the agencies here in Los Angeles about a year ago.    

 
A few short years ago, bookers would Blacklist you for asking them OR the girl for BBFS.  Some still do, but others have gotten more lenient and may even give you an answer as to whether the girl offers it or not.   Just be careful about inquiring because you are still more likely to get BL'd than to get info about BBFS.

 
The thing that has destroyed a lot of the opportunities for BBFS is the habit among mongers (and this is facilitated by some of these BBFS boards at other sites) to "out" girls that don't want to be outed.  A girls agrees to BBFS with a guy and asks him not to tell anyone, and the guy runs right out and posts that the girl offers BBFS.  This has had the chilling effect of encouraging girls that USED to offer BBFS on a YMMV basis to take it off the menu for everyone, even guys they used to do it with.  There are dozens of posts confirming that girls are REMOVING this service from their menu because some guy "outed" them on a public board.

Sounds like I should be taking precautions, which I always do. but I will be checking that board everytime I visit a new girl to see if she's mentioned several times.  The impression I get from some of the posters is that the booker will advertise that their girl offers BBFS (like you mention). I like this hobby and having fun, and I realize there's an inherent risk, but I don't understand why anyone would worsen the risk by going BBFS with a girl who has slept with hundreds if not thousands of guys. As you said, the odds are not in our favor.

That I can say for sure will NOT blacklist you for asking about BBFS is M.  She was the first booker in LA to actively stock her incalls with BBFS girls.  (If I see M's girls, its covered and NO P2P or DATY).  The guy that shills for M and puts her girls' schedule up everyday on the BB board gets discounts for promoting M's girls, so be wary of shill reviews.  If you are high-volume (1 visit a week or more with that booker) with most of the other bookers, you probably won't get BL'd if you ask about BBFS, but they may also decline to answer.  The exception is Booker J, who doesn't allow her girls to offer BBFS (some have in the past anyway until they were outed by some scumbag they trusted, then they were fired), so if you ask, or if you post it somewhere and she knows your handle, she will BL you.  

 
Don't ask OC bookers, its a more conservative market than LA.  Even though some BBFS girls slip into OC from time  to time, the bookers claim ignorance.  They obviously don't want guys screening out certain girls because of what is or isn't on their menu.  One even has a cautionary message on his website that says the agency only makes appointments, they do not discuss services.  Ask there and you are finished.  

Kgirls who offer BBFS are still in the minority. The number of Kgirls outed on that board is insignificant. There are some small bookers who advertise BBFS for a few Kgirls.

These BBFS Kgirls rotate to different locations with multiple aliases and sometimes have multiple bookers at the same time. Many of them had ads from the Bay Area so you just need to remember their ads.

It is a good idea to avoid Kgirls who have been outed by more than one poster. Some regular posters may not lie as much as the guys with a few posts but you still need to be observant.

I know who to avoid before those posters even discussed them. I TOFTT with a new lady every week. During the first visit, I always look for signs she may allow BBFS so I won’t be fooled by other guys later. I don’t avoid a Kgirl just because of what another guy said. It's all from personal observation.

I am very confident in my detection ability and BBFS is not as rampant as you fear. I actually think those posters may need my help instead LOL. Don't worry too much about that board.

I can't find anything to disagree with you on.  Its all good advice, and I agree that higher-volume guys like you will have honed your detection skills to a point you will be able to identify BBFS girls BEFORE the BB-hounds start posting about them.  

 
From my own observations, in the past, very few touring girls offered BBFS.  Since they would only be in a certain town for three weeks at a time, they didn't rely too much on repeating customers.  They would take advantage of the business that always gravitates to the "new" girls, and then move on.   However, they might still be BBFS girls in their home base, in most cases, as you say, the Bay Area.  There are still a lot of BBFS girls from the Bay Area that do not offer it in SoCal.  But as the competition gets keener here like it is in the Bay Area (oversupply of Kgirls versus the number of Mongers) the number offering BBFS openly on their menu is increasing, but still a relatively small percentage of the total Kgirls.  Its not rampant, as you say, but now that there are discussion boards that increasingly talk about this group of girls, it can certainly seem that way to guys like the OP.

While you are correct in your facts, the problem is this:  HSV2 manifests itself in pustules and open sores.  These are easily discernible on  a man's penis, but you can't look INSIDE a vagina.  Obviously, if the open sores on a woman are visible on the outside, including her mouth, you DON'T engage in DATY or DFK.  

 
Likewise, do you really think the Preview BBBJ in the shower is to tease you a little?  Bullshit!  She's getting a close up look at your dick to see if you have any evidence of an STD.  Almost ALL STD's in men will manifest symptoms visually.  Watch her do it.  She will look you over as she washes it first, including lifting it up to look at the underside.  She's looking for evidence of infection.  If she finds it, you will not get a preview and you will get a CBJ in the bedroom.  If you're seeing a girl who's profile shows BBBJ, and she is insisting on a CBJ for you, go get tested right away.

How do you not get the same level of protection against HSV2 you get for HIV during vaginal sex using a condom?  You already mentioned BBBJ, DFK and DATY, and I told you ALL of those can be avoided with a visual inspection of her mouth and girl-parts.  If you are suspicious after a visual inspection, sometimes a "smell" test will also provide info about whether she has an infection or not.  Go on line and look at photos of the visual symptoms.  If you see these anywhere around her mouth (similar to a cold sore, which is another form of Herpes), or vagina, skip any skin to skin contact with these areas, or better  yet, pay her and leave like I do for your own protection.  

 
Most STD's are treatable with antibiotics in 10-15 days.  As long as responsible hobbyists "bench" themselves for the protection of others while they are infected STD bio-infections are little more than a nuisance.  The big ones are HIV and HSV2, both of which can reside INSIDE her vagina where a visual inspection is not possible.  If you think going in covered does not afford the same protection against HSV2 as it does against HIV, you are misinformed.  Doubling down again will just make you look a little dopey unless you have a link to some scientific study that backs up your claim.  

 
You're starting to sound like one of the guys from the STD board who is trying to convince themselves its not risky to go in bare.  It is VERY risky, given the volume of customers these Kgirls see, but each of us has to decide what our OWN level of risk tolerance is.  If you're okay with it, do it.  Its your dick.  I've known at least a dozen guys in my eleven years here who contracted HSV2 going bare with Kgirls.  Some were married, and some had girlfriends who they then infected.  

Condom use is VERY effective against most STDs including HIV, but nowhere near as effective at preventing Herpes, not to mention Herpes can be spread by someone carrying the virus even when there are no visible outbreaks. Some people have been carrying the virus for decades without ever having an "outbreak" and may have unknowingly spread the virus to hundreds or even thousands of people.  

 
I think you should reread his post, chrono is not claiming it's safe to go BB, he is simply pointing out that even regular condom use is no guarantee against HSV2. I would suggest reading up on the subject a bit more before giving out incorrect and potentially dangerous advice.

Your posts seem to claim otherwise, and are contradictory to the facts where it comes to the Herpes virus.

I agree with you that it’s possible for someone to never have had an outbreak, but it is also much more likely to be transferred DURING an outbreak. Transfer without an outbreak is very low percentage, because the virus is in the sores and must come in contact with the skin of the transferee. It seems like you want to argue the low-percentage outliers rather than the general rule.  Risk assessment is about understanding and playing the percentages.  That’s what I was explaining.  The biggest danger is not being able to look inside a pussy.  Unless you have invented the “pussy-cam”, I think you would have to agree on this.  The Kgirls do a VISUAL inspection of us.  They understand it’s not 100% ironclad safe, but the ones doing BBFS are willing to take the less-than-1% risk of catching HSV2 when there is no visible existence of an outbreak. I’ll defer to my urologist’s advice.
