prostitution is legal (or even one where it isn't, as I found out in London), and staying at a decent business-district hotel, make the concierge your new best friend.  I have gotten much better-looking girls through a concierge than I ever did going through ads on my own, and a few times even better rates than what was advertised to visiting businessmen.
