The genesis of the problem is that when Neurotic Donkey stopped giving away free VIP for reviews, one of its most prolific Bay Area writers came here to exhibit his verbosity and to show us how to not only beat a dead horse, but to then pick at the rotting bones. Maybe if we all nicely lobbied the Donkey to resume giving him free VIP for reviews it would solve our right-sided problem? It’s worth a try.

Can't speak to the threads before my time on here (early 2020), but it seems like, in general, people want to get the last word in and end up basically repeating themselves. It would be interesting to see a breakdown of this in terms of poor reading comprehension and arguing for the sake of arguing.

I'm not sure how you get "right leaning" by selecting posts with multiple responses. Laffy is on "ignore" by me and half the fucking posts show up as "user ignored" on P&R.  I would argue that until recently it was mostly LEFT leaning by shear number of posts, including thread starters. And I would say P & R. is now closer to 50/50 than when Bigboobs, Fatpapasan, and Laffy flooded the board with their BS. Laffy is still the number one poster, which probably keeps the board somewhat alive. You can't ignore his posts and then say the board is right leaning.

Agreed. As wild west as it is now, better than when Admin inserted their politics and moderation into the forum. Unless you were a lefty, then you could enjoy the protection of the leftists moderator(s). So maybe why it 'feels' more to the 'right'.

Some of us appreciate that overall the 411 here is accurate and relevant but we're just as burned out on the constant flame wars, insults, and "I've been fucking K-girls since you were in diapers" diatribes just as we're tired of the Trump/MAGA/ProudBoys vs. ANTIFA/BLM/MoveOn verbal and physical fisticuffs on the national political scene. Keep in mind that this is coming from a charter member of the site with the book colored red, and someone who has participated/contributed heavily in the mapping of rubs and AAMPS before they were banished to the Swiss colony of neurotic donkeys. I'm always happy to share info with respectful reciprocating adults, but I don't care to be berated because I was 2 inches off in judging the height (or 5 years off in judging the age) of some young lady I saw a couple of days ago. Seriously folks, I'm all for healthy discussion and respectful differences of opinion, but the constant flaming and bickering gets quite old.

Ever since I’ve been judiciously using the TER Ignore feature, this site has been showing signs of improvement. It’s purely subjective, of course. And I do have sympathy for the guys who for some reason can’t stop themselves from diving into the vortex and don’t realize it’s only a toilet until too late. But everyone must decide for themselves who they allow to have power in their lives.

"useful content" as the benchmark for putting useless members on Ignore.  The collateral problem I have with that is that many of the ones providing misinformation are also the same ones giving bad advice, and when I see somebody post something that, if followed, could get them blacklisted, I feel I have a duty to at least present my own perspective based on substantial experience.  Its a double edged sword whether to leave newer guys to flounder on their own like many of us had to do in the beginning, or to speak up and perhaps steer them away from a bad decision.  Of course, speaking up is likely going to incur the wrath of the person who gave the bad advice, but that is price you pay sometimes for trying to do good towards others.  As the old saying goes, "No good deed goes unpunished."  Very true.  

Cdl, youve seen GaG post that one needs to walk if there is b&s and the girl is a lot worse looking than advertised. I can't remember you saying you shouldn't walk, because you might be BLd. So why didn't you speak up there and tell him its bad advice?  

In most cases, these people giving “bad advice” are doing it deliberately to evoke a response. In other words, to provoke others and get attention for it.

was this guy's mistake and why he got banned.  Doing what I said will prevent that.  Just tell them you are leaving BEFORE you leave.  The booker might come back and say, "go now, she's ready", to which I would respond that it doesn't work for me because I have to be back at my office at a specific time.  I will tell them that if they had told me the session was going to be for an hour starting at 2:20 rather than 2:00, I would have had the option to either pass, or adjust my schedule if I could, but I cannot change my afternoon business appointments on the fly because the girl is not ready.  I have an obligation to be on time, but so does the girl.  There's nothing I can do at this point except return to my office.  Sorry.

Although you can't really excuse ghosting, in this example the booker shouldn't have to decide why he left. Late is late. Do bookers think the agency's time is more valuable than ours? If it's 20 minutes past your appointment time and you don't respond, the booker knows why.

that do stupid shit that is just begging to be BL'd.  Even if you're a good customer, there is a tipping point where you just become more trouble than having your business is worth.  With more and more mongers returning to Kgirl-land post-Covid, bookers will no longer be desperate to appease the jerks among us, and they will be systematically culled from the herd by blacklisting.  So a guy who is walking out on more than a couple of sessions a year is not the kind of business they want.  You have a right to expect a reasonable match between the presentation and the reality of the girl's appearance, but nit-picking will make you tiresome, then you will reach the tipping point and they will no longer accept your bookings.  

We aren't talking just about "stupid" guys though. We have talked about walking out before, and we had  guys like GaG and useyrhead saying to grow up a pair and walk. Yet this can and does cause orgs to BL you. So does not waiting, as I've written below- see quote from that dude.

IMO this site is not bad, it's a really helpful tool to safely navigate the hobby. I've used TER (and before TER a San Diego specific site) for 20+ years with great success, and have avoided being robbed, ripped off, or worse. A vast majority of the ladies I've met using TER have been very nice and good providers. Before TER, it was a total crapshoot for me.

Personally I don't think the site or the specific board is that bad. The board is just not as good as it was before -- good being both about info shared and just good hangout place. Recently that doesn't seem the case and I do think that is in part due to the increasing number of threads that run across the page and not with good back and forth (as was as likely as not - or perhaps more so - before).

I'm talking more about guys who are playing 20 questions about each girl with the booker, or switch their booking to a different girl, or even cancel, on the day of the appointment, or nit-pick about everything, etc.  THESE are the guys where the booker reaches a tipping point and decides his business is just not worth the maintenance.  And as I said, guys get BL'd all the time for stupid shit like this.

I agree, the site is fine.  This board has one or more characters posting who have turned it into an intelligence desert, IMO.  Not worth posting here, especially anything positive, tempting the troll(s) come out to flame the poster.  Negative comments about orgs or girls, on the other hand, are welcomed with a warm smile and open arms.
