In my experience, most kgirls allowed it to me. I'm not as crazy about it as some are, so maybe that's why those who deny don't really phase me. But it's definitely a majority who allows.

Not a huge thing for me. I generally test the waters by seeing what reaction I'm getting while playing without trying to get much past the lips. If they do start getting wet quickly that generally means I can see about going further. If that doesn't really happen they it's silly to try.
