The guys that have come over here from there know that. You don't because you were banned for writing fake reviews. BTW, they didn't ban members for just talking about writing fake reviews as you want to spin your story, only for actually doing it.

All of this back and forth nonsense just wears me out sometimes. This hobby is supposed to be FUN and a way to RELEASE stress; or at least for me it is. Life is too short as was recently driven home to when a good friend and fellow quinquagenarian went to sleep on a Sunday night and never saw Monday.
I always thought these boards were a way to share information and experiences, but it seems no matter which site it is, it always disintegrates into a pissing contest over who swings the Biggest Richard in the behind-the-scenes K-Girl world. It's a shame really.
It's almost twenty-five years later but can't we take a cue from the late Rodney King and just "get along"? Wishful thinking I know, but one can hope.

I am a few months new here viewing and participating on this board. While the inevitable fighting posts are distracting, after reading enough of them they do somewhat help me figure out who is credible and/or who is unable to support their proffered info. Already, after a few months, when I see certain usernames in a thread I have a good sense of who are "must view" and who are "don't even click."
I also have to admit the fighting posts are entertaining at times, especially where one is getting the better of another, or just because there is vicarious enjoyment in observing two people whom you don't know arguing in front of you. When one party becomes insensate, incoherent, or repetitive, then it ceases to be fun, so at that point I opt to tune out and stop clicking. But that is also usually the time that same party stops posting and the fight is over anyway.
Whether there is fighting or not, I prefer more posts and more debate, it is just more stimulating and sometimes we can get some useful nuggets of truth in the process. It is also a good way to kill some time, LOL

2. Discredits Harpman because of his intolerance to people who disagree with him, yet he is the same
3. Discredits LAKS members because they were banned from TER for "nefarious" activities (I think TER only bans posters who violate their posting rules, they don't investigate "nefarious" activities), yet was banned himself from TER
4. Claims he is the "first to admit he doesn't know everything" yet weighs in on almost every thread or starts threads to self promote, and gets into flame wars with anyone with another viewpoint (see #2)
These are just observations. I don't need a bunch of reviews or history of posts to give this credibility since all of it can be verified by any TER member.
1. Everyone that has an IQ over 60 here knows I have explained several times that I have no need to post reviews on more than one site. Its okay, people get old, and their memories fade. I understand. When I was reviewing on AF, no need to duplicate here. Likewise with the boards: over there, not here. They're gone, now I'm here since the demise of AF. The few hundred guys that came over about the same time as me know me from there, and many are still trusted PM buddies that I exchange intel with.
2. Nice try. I am only intolerant with people who resort to personal attacks when disagreed with, so I attack back. I am perfectly fine with spirited debate about subject matter, as most here will agree. See if you can find posts where I attacked someone personally over their opinion about a subject unless they personally attacked me first.
3, Banned myself from TER? Still here, so don't know what you are talking about. I have had two posts removed for rule violations when I was newer here. Since you are the "Answer Man", lets hear YOUR spin on why TER banned LAKS from this site. This should be a good one. Take all the time you want since it took you several days to come up with this post.
4. There are many threads I don't weigh in on because I don't have an opinion one way or another. When I have something to contribute, I do. Anyone that thinks there is no value in my contributions need only hit "ignore" and they won't be bothered.
