I've tried calling and emailing a few providers but I'm getting crickets.

I've been told ladies are taking off for they holidays until January so maybe that's why.

However I tried once before in February and didn't get a reply.

I think Pepsi's Palace is the agency with the provider I would like to see but there isn't much info about reaching a Booker for a lineup.

Any suggestions or advice?

depends on the information and wording in your request.  As Ladmo says, do a search here and you will find plenty of suggestions from veterans on what to say to the booker to get his/her attention.
