Getting into the K-girl scene?

Experienced mongers,

I'm looking to get into the K-Girl scene in SanHo. I've seen other providers in the area (and some girls on the East Coast a number of years back), but no K-girls - yet. So i'm wondering how much luck I'm going to have. Do the orgs take references from non-K girls?

If not, are there some orgs that I might have a better chance of getting an appointment with, or perhaps would allow for alternative screening methods (i.e. for someone with no references)? From reading this forum, it looks like AA might be the best place to try my luck?

(I haven't actually called any of them yet, so this may be easier than it seems from the outside..)

Any suggestions for a K-girl newb would be much appreciated, thanks.  

There must be some way to break the Catch 22! :)

There are many orgs who will just take age/name/race. Some of them might ask for references, but they will not check them.

 

I don't really want to post the exact orgs publicly (one of few things I don't like to post publicly) because orgs and their workers do read these boards and if too many people mention it, they might change policies. So I'll just say you have the right idea and right orgs in mind. Once you get into one or two of them, you use those references. It still wont be enough for upper orgs, but you then work in some corgs (because corgs do reply to ref checks, most low tier korgs don't) and choose your spots wisely. Or you just provide your dl and almost all of orgs will take you in. I don't recommend it, but if you don't want to wait and slowly work your way up the stakes anonymously, and don't care about giving up personal info, it's a viable strategy.

That there ARE times when, as a monger, you should be looking out for the org.  I know this is not an epiphany for you, but I just wanted to point out that its NOT always a one-sided mongers-against-the-orgs scene for us, and that you know it, in order to show you are really a reasonable guy, even though you often sound otherwise when it comes to the org POV - Lol.  I agree with your decision to protect the org from public disclosure that their screening is on the lax side, compared to other agencies.  I would do the same.  PM only is that way to go. Kudos.

I think you misread my post. If you post publicly which orgs don't screen, and those orgs read it enough, they might then change their policy and then impose stricter screening. I don't want that to happen, because it would be detrimental to new guys who want to get in without references or real screening.  

 
So no, this was me looking out for mongers and mongers only. Sorry.

I got it.  I was just complimenting you on knowing there are times to look out for the org.  Yes, they may change their policies if you "out" them, so you didn't.  You were looking to maintain the status quo, which you did by looking out for the orgs.  There is no shame in it.

But of course no one holds a candle to BPOS who spends the effort to dig up posts from over a decade ago in a feeble effort to "prove" a point when in fact he proves just the opposite.

If I learned the first two days he likes to argue, I'm pretty much admitting I was involved in the argument(s), and yes, you like to argue, too, maybe as much as me, and you have had your share of exchanges with him, too, so GFY, too!  Lol

 
You are absolutely right about BigPapsmear.  With most of the things he posts here, he might as well have "village idiot" tattooed across his saggy moobs.  His forehead should be reserved for a 'COWARD" tattoo.  They probably still had compulsory military service for EVERYONE in his day, but instead of a combat MOS, he was passing out underwear by his own admission.  That's a nice SAFE place to hide while others do the fighting and take the risks.

I know that's really a tough one to answer, the fake cop should have accidentally shot himself in the foot, while the guy passing out underwear..... hmm, I really can't think of anything that he was risking except perhaps a paper cut. lol

btw, I see Maui reviews on TER....for those who do not know Maui you will soon...nice guy but reviews are so inflated that you would think he was part owner of half a dozen orgs.

Oh man, you don't know the half of it and his aliases. It's been fascinating watching Maui here and even back on the donkey. He's actually had a review and a new account deleted here before he changed (via ter staff) his old account name to Maui like 3 days ago.  

I give him props tho, he's a master of advertising.

change your handle and/or your alias every six months.  I'm not completely sure, since I haven't tried it myself for five years, but when I did, it worked just fine.  If its different now, someone feel free to correct me.

From what I understand, it's not very easy to delete your own review once you publish it on here. So my assumption is TER deleted it.

I'm pretty sure Jensen said that I have zero credibility when it comes to kgirls. (Which, BTW, not even org shills who hate my guts because I'd literally make them earn less, would ever say)

I don't think one needs to comment on something on topic for me to be able to reference him/her on this board. Especially if I'm referencing something that was said about me, in relation to topic on hand (ie, what I bring to the kgirl board and what some people on here said earlier about it).  

 

I'll need to re-check TER rules on that, but I'm 99.99% sure that it's not a prerequisite.

I avoid Big PapSmear as much as possible. I cannot be positive which one he is, since the forums are now defunct and I can’t look up usernames. But that voice of his is quite distinctive. So I’m sure he was one of the cowardly assholes who kept posting and perpetuating fake rumors about k-girls and STDs.  
I just can’t make myself forgive the guy and his cohorts who ganged up on most of the Bay Area Legends so that they kept having to go get tested in order to show a recent “all clear” STD test.  
The fact that most of those legends retired, moved away, or went under the radar not long after being targeted by PapSmear and his lynch mob we all owe directly to that despicable group of wannabe mongers.

to have me think you maintained the status quo "by accident", its okay with me.  Whether you were "looking" to do it or not, in the end, that's exactly what you did.  I was just applauding the fact that you recognized that it was a time to protect this info from being public, and thereby look out for the org, so they don't do anything retaliatory to mongers.  It was a good thing you did.  I don't think it was perverse at all.  It was down right Machiavellian.

Many of us are former RB, NotAMPmaps and Nuerotic Donkey refugees...and I for one, appreciate being welcomed to TER!!!!

Store front AMP and condo / apartment AAMP are totally different.  Most of us cut our mongering teeth at AMP and have now completely transitioned to AAMP.

You must pass the gate to enter Wonderland!  The gate keeper is called by us as PO but also known as booker.  You can be an annonymous monger (I hate the term hobbyist) like Rocketbro or you can be a full disclosure monger like me.

Rocketbro is legit and been mongering for at least a decade.  He is fully anonymous.  He is of the opinion that if the org and Booker will not disclose their true identities, then why in the actual fuck should he?!  A very legit argument indeed.  Further, he has alot to lose if he is outed as a pariah monger (which I am too).

Then there's me. I usually send a text hello with my real name, selfie and request Booker to Google me.  I have a high profile in my real life so matching my selfie up with Google profile is easy.  Or you can send your CADL.  Never been burned yet in 30 + years of mongering; yet.
