This, in my opinion, is not about terminology. It’s about behavior.
I have never, as in not ever, met anyone who talks about a person or a group of people as object/product/etc be able to hide their bigoted thinking for more than just a very few minutes. Within moments everyone knows. I’ve worked in nearly half of the states in the US and in close to a couple of dozen countries. I’ve met, worked with and gotten to know a lot of people.
Is it possible that there are psychopaths out there who are so good at masking their thoughts and feelings that they are the exceptions. But they are rare.
So I will guarantee that the kgirls that a bigot sees know that he’s a bigot. And it will affect how they treat said bigot. Just like the bigot can’t hide his disdain. The kgirls will modify their behavior in what will generally be subtle ways to protect themselves from someone who clearly thinks of them as a lower class of human being.
Of course, bigots rarely if ever openly admit to thinking of anyone as a lower class of human being. They have all sorts of rationalizations for their behavior. We’ve seen some of those rationalization from the trolls on this forum
But, as I said above, they can’t hide it no matter how many rationalizations they fabricate. They’ll get blacklisted for reasons that don’t make sense to them. And/or they’ll have a lower success rate with girls than others. Or they’ll just entirely avoid seeing those girls they deem lower class. It will show up one way or another.
Again, it’s not about the language. It’s about what the language reveals about how a person treats others.
But, please, let’s not get this confused with the misguided SJW pursuit of political correctness. As far as I’ve seen, that is largely a sham. It’s become code that SJWs use so they can recognize others of their kind by the terminology they use. We’re not talking about using some recently developed pronouns or acronyms. The awareness of the difference between calling a person something other than a person/woman/girl and calling them product/thing/it has been well understood since before most of us were born.
