I gather that the bookers don't care that the pictures mostly don't look anything like the woman you'll meet.  I gather that their business is still robust despite that.  But given that everyone knows the girls in the pictures won't match the girls in real life, why not post their real pictures?  The market for $300 FS isn't going away, so I doubt they'll lose any business.  But they might gain a couple of players who figure at least I know what kind of look I'm actually going to  get.  If the girls want privacy, I suppose you can hide their faces or give access to the site on a password basis.  But this kabuki-style approach where we all pretend the pictures mean something genuinely puzzles me.  Given the meaninglessness of the photos, they might as well just have one stock photo for each location and leave it at that.

ktown has the biggest korean population outside of korea.  imagine their relatives see the pictures.  it is super shameful in korean culture to be doing this.  protecting face is one of the highest priority for koreans, especially for the girls.  They are essentially living a double life.  

maybe not repeat clients, but those guys who would say no to a 6 in the ad, will say, "what the hell, why not" when she's standing in the doorway and you've already carved out the money, the excuse and the time to go do this.  
The bait and switch gets those guys to commit to something they would have passed by in an ad.  
As for keeping a single stock photo and never changing it. Everyone would learn to pass it by, so pics have to change to keep interest. to continue to trick as many guys as they can.

The orgs would just blur the faces of the girls, but did not change their bodies, so you at least knew the girl was the same shape of her photos.  Blurring the face was for security purposes and especially aided the 90-day girls in coming and going on a visa waiver without being recognized by immigration and customs.  Nevertheless, if you had regulars and asked for photos (and assuming they trusted you) you would get their work photos, but without the faces blurred.  I always enjoyed this aspect.

Most of the K-girls I've seen over the years were the same as in the photos.  Some may have had light blurring of the face, but most did not.  My recent experience with 2 providers (K-girl and J-Girl) have been the same as in the photos with a little blurring.  Though some pics may have face blurring while others do not and this is for the same K-girl.
