As far as 'smelling' sex on you I think it's more the absence of desperation. Women are so used to being hit on, that when you don't they notice. They also see you as a 'challenge' and want the game. Post session I have to replace calories, water and consume some protein before I can really work out with any intensity. I can do this while I’m on my bike on a long ride. I usually do a light weight session in the morning when I wake up on a hobby day.
